2. Made-to-order production

MagneX is manufactured and configured according to the options selected at checkout rather than supplied as an unmodified stock item.

3. Preparation periods

The indicative preparation period is 15 days for 2WD and 60 days for 4WD. The confirmed order and any notified production conditions prevail.

4. Delivery methods and charges

Collection from the Ankara facility and available insured pallet-delivery methods are shown at checkout. The customer must provide complete delivery details and inspect the package on receipt.

5. Cancellation and withdrawal

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. For goods made to the consumer’s specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded under Turkish law. Mandatory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

6. Returns and refunds

Do not return a vehicle without written instructions. Approved returns must include all supplied components. Refunds are made through the original payment method following inspection and within the statutory period.
