The selected configuration, quantity, VAT-inclusive price, discounts, payment method, delivery preference and delivery charge are displayed in the Cart, Order Summary and checkout screen and form an integral part of this notice.

4. Production and delivery

The product is manufactured according to the selected options. Indicative preparation is 15 days for 2WD and 60 days for 4WD. Available collection and delivery choices are displayed before payment.

5. Payment and performance

The payment obligation begins only after the customer confirms the order using the final payment button. Electronic confirmation and contractual documents are sent to the contact information provided.

6. Withdrawal and exceptions

The right of withdrawal and its statutory exceptions are governed by Turkish law. The exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications may apply to configured MagneX vehicles. Mandatory defective-goods rights remain unaffected.

7. Complaints and remedies

Customers may contact the Seller and, where applicable, apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court.
