These terms govern use of magnetomotors.com.tr and the ordering, manufacture, payment, delivery, warranty and after-sales processes for Magneto Motor products.
2. Products and orders
MagneX vehicles are configured and manufactured according to the drive system, colour, tyres, suspension and accessories selected by the customer. Product descriptions, prices and availability shown before payment form part of the order.
3. Product status and permitted use
MagneX is presented as an electric all-terrain mobility product intended for suitable off-road and private areas. It is not represented as a vehicle approved for public-road traffic. EN 12184 Class C assessment and the relevant registration processes may be ongoing. Customers must follow the current manual, warnings and applicable law.
4. Prices and payment
Prices, taxes, campaign discounts, payment method and delivery charges are displayed before the order is confirmed. Card payments are processed by the payment service provider shown at checkout.
5. Production and delivery
Production begins after the order is confirmed. Indicative preparation periods are 15 days for 2WD and 60 days for 4WD, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation. Delays caused by custom configuration, supply or force majeure will be communicated.
6. Cancellation, withdrawal and returns
Rights are assessed under Turkish consumer law. Because vehicles may be produced to the customer’s specifications, the statutory exception for personalised goods may apply. This does not restrict mandatory rights relating to defective goods.
7. Warranty and safety
The standard warranty period is two years, subject to mandatory law and warranty conditions. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, ignoring load limits or safety instructions is not covered to the extent permitted by law.
8. Privacy, disputes and changes
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Notice. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court. The version accepted at the time of order remains part of that order.
