The Buyer is the person whose identity, contact, billing and delivery information appears in the Order Summary.

2. Subject of the agreement

This agreement governs the online sale, made-to-order manufacture, payment and delivery of the configured product identified in the Order Summary.

3. Product, price and payment

The configuration, quantity, VAT-inclusive total, discount, delivery charge and payment method shown and confirmed at checkout are incorporated into this agreement.

4. Manufacture and delivery

Production starts after confirmation. Indicative preparation is 15 days for 2WD and 60 days for 4WD. Delivery is made by the method chosen at checkout, subject to the stated conditions.

5. Product use and current certification status

The Buyer is informed that MagneX is intended for suitable off-road and private areas and is not represented as approved for public-road traffic. EN 12184 Class C assessment and related registration work may be ongoing. Acceptance of this agreement confirms receipt of this information and does not waive mandatory consumer rights or remove the manufacturer’s statutory responsibilities.

6. Withdrawal, cancellation and returns

Turkish distance-contract rules and statutory exceptions apply. Because the product may be manufactured to the Buyer’s specifications, the personalised-goods exception may apply. Rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

7. Warranty and liability

The standard warranty period is two years, subject to mandatory law. The Buyer must follow the user manual, warnings, load limits and maintenance requirements.

8. Disputes and entry into force

The Buyer may use statutory consumer remedies. This agreement enters into force when electronically accepted and the order is confirmed.
